Frequently Asked Questions About Peek-a-boo Factory
What are your Cleanliness and Safety Guidelines?
- We will use Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) to disinfect all play structures and all surfaces. HOCL is safe on foods and is 99.99% effective at killing bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
- We have installed an industrial HEPA air purifier for our facility
- All of our employees are vaccinated
- Masks are optional for adults and kids
- We do require all kids to wear only Peek-a-Boo Factory Sock (Adults can wear their own socks)
- We do not allow shoes for adults and kids pass our black gate (Adults have to have socks at all time even if not going into the playstructure so please plan accordingly)
How much is it to play?
Our day pass is $16 and our required Peek-a-Boo Factory grippy socks are $3. Save money on your next visit by bringing in your Peek-a-Boo Factory grippy socks. Children under one can purchase a day pass for $12. The last hour prior to closing has a discounted rate of $12.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
All children participating in the structures must have a signed and active waiver.
My child has been there before, do I need to fill out another waiver?
If your child has been to this location before, there is no need to fill out another waiver! We can look up the waiver by child's name, adult's phone number, or adult's name.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Guests are encouraged to make a reservation to guarantee their entrance, especially on rainy days and school holidays. Walk-ins are available when structures are not at maximum capacity.
I plan on coming pretty often, is there a discounted rate?
We offer multi-visit passes that will assist with saving money in the long-run! Our 5 visit pass is $75 and our 10 visit pass is $140. Multi visit passes can be shared with siblings, and do not have an expiration date!
Do adults need to purchase a ticket?
No need to buy a ticket for adults! Parents get to play for free (;
What type of payment do you take?
We accept cards, cash, and tap to pay!
Is there a sibling discount?
Besides purchasing our multi-visit pass that can be shared among siblings, we do not offer a sibling discount.
My older child is 1 and my younger child is 10 months old. Do I pay for both of them?
Children under one are free with a paying older sibling. In this case, one ticket will need to be purchased but both little ones are required to wear their Peek-a-Boo Factory grippy socks.
Are structures divided by age?
We have a toddler area meant for ages 0-3. Children under 3 can enter the bigger structures with an accompanied adult!
How long do I get to play?
The day pass ticket is valid from opening to closing depending on our business hours for that particular day. Guests are welcome to go in and out on weekdays.
Can I drop my child off?
Adults are required to stay with their little ones while visiting our facility.
Are socks required?
Peek-a-Boo Factory grippy socks are required for all little ones participating in our play structures. Adults are required to remove their shoes, but can wear regular socks.
How often are the structures sanitized?
Our structures are wiped down and sanitized daily.
Can adults go inside the structures?
Adults are more than welcome to accompany their little ones inside the structures!
Do you sell food?
Peek-a-Boo Factory sells an array of snacks, and beverages but no hot food.
Can I bring in my own food?
Guests are welcome to bring in their own food, and can enjoy it at our public tables! We do not have a microwave in our facility.
How do I know if the store has early closure?
Our calendar displayed under Rates and Hours displays our store's most updated hours! Guests are also welcome to give our store a call to confirm.
Do you have Wifi?
We offer FREE wifi to our guests! A perfect way to get some work done while your little ones work off some energy!
Where can I park?
We have a parking lot that guests are welcome to use!

My school/camp is interested in booking a group visit.
We offer a group rate of $14/child for groups with six or more children on NON-HOLIDAY weekdays. To book a group visit, please give us a call!
I want to celebrate my child's birthday, but we do not need the party room.
We do not allow any unofficial parties. You are welcome to purchase multiple tickets as a play date, but we do not allow cake/desserts.
How many kids can play in the structures?
Our front staff are trained to monitor the structures to maintain safety and comfort for the children and families. If the structures reach maximum capacity, a waitlist to enter the facility will begin.
How does the waitlist work?
Guests must be in-person to put their name on the waitlist. If structures are at maximum capacity, and two little ones want to enter, we will need two little ones to exit the facility. Guests are welcome to wait in-store and or can wait off site and will be contacted via phone call / message.
